Hi there. I’m Stephanie.
I work with leaders navigating growth, transformation, and the human side of leadership.
I’m an executive coach and founder of Amplify, a small leadership development practice that works with global companies to evolve the beliefs, mindsets, and behavioral patterns of leaders that shape their impact on teams and organizations.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with executives across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations navigating complexity, rapid growth, and organizational change. Earlier in my career, I was part of the founding team at Bionic (later acquired by Accenture Song), where I designed and implemented innovation and growth capabilities for global companies including P&G, Target, Nike, Citigroup, Exelon, ViiV, Zappos, and more.
Today, much of my work focuses on helping leaders examine the deeper assumptions driving how they think, decide, and relate to others. I integrate insights from neuroscience, psychology, and adult development with leadership tools including the Enneagram, Hogan Assessments, CliftonStrengths, MBTI, and Immunity to Change.
Outside of my work with organizations, I spend much of my time in Upstate New York with my two dogs, where I’m exploring a slower, more reflective approach to life and leadership. Time spent in nature has become an important counterbalance to corporate life—and a reminder that growth, whether in people or organizations, is rarely linear.

Ellingwood Farm is a 34-acre property in the Hudson Valley that offers a serene and nature-filled respite to reconnect. Through self-guided retreats with curated rituals and access to coaches and healers, we provide opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth.
